What is bee wax?
Beeswax is also known as cera alb. It is a natural wax produced by honey bees of the genus Apis.
USES:
When it is blended with certain materials, the mixture can act as a lubricant, while with others, it becomes an adhesive. Combining beeswax with natural oils and fats will provide the fuel for natural candles, while a mixture with mineral waxes makes an ideal resist for the batik process. We use it all over the place and we get a lot of requests for our beeswax from different manufacturers to use in their process. Even Our hive tool is also coated in beeswax and keeps it from rusting and oxidizing.
